Hello Kitty Island Adventure: The Biggest Challenge Update Details and Patch Notes

Hello Kitty Island Adventure has been pretty popular since its release, and now a brand new update is underway, bringing some new content for you. This update has so many things in store for fans as it is possibly the biggest update since its Nintendo Switch release. 

The game has been out for a couple of years now, having been available exclusively on Apple Arcade before releasing onto the Nintendo console. It is time for you to gear up to help with some pretty important challenges to help complete quests, and also complete brand-new best friend quests. 

This update has a ton in store for fans of Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

Big Things to Expect in the Latest Update

One of the big new things that is coming in this new update is a brand new theater, which you can do by working together with Hangyodon and Usahana to do it, and then it’ll be time to help all the lovely characters of Sanrio put on a talent show.

Next up, there is a brand new set of quests that players will need to complete to fulfil Big Challenge’s Dream, which is creating a Big Adventure Park. These Island Mystery Quests are available as long as you have made progress with the Island Spirit Quest and have Spirit Hearts as well.

Another big part of the update that you’ll want to know about is that Pekkle and Pompompurin now have new Friendship Quests for when you become Best Friends with them. Something fun to unlock is Pekkle’s new dance move emotes. 

More Updates and Changes

There are a few more updates and changes that will take place within this update to give you even more to do. Below is a list of more things to expect.

• Players can collect Sparkles around the Friendship Island to exchange for Mini-Game tickets (this should have already started within the game).
• Even with completed Island Challenges, you can now get rewarded with Sparkles as well.
• The Collector Nul’s Chest items used to disappear after one single day, but now it has been updated so they stay there for a total of three days. This will make it easier for you to get your items and not feel pressured to do it so quickly.
• Island Spirit to ask for your Best Friends to collect items for you instead of having to go up and ask them all individually, which will also be a big relief in this update.

Bug Fixes and Changes

• Mount Hothead stairs cannot be destroyed by the Pickaxe anymore by accident.
• The freezes that happen during the “Rockadoodler Round-up” mini-game have been fixed.
• Fixed image quality for several flowers
• Adjusted dye options on some furniture pieces
