Kirby Star Allies Gets Nintendo Switch Coming This Year

Kirby Star Allies was announced last year for the Nintendo Switch. Bringing 4-player cooperative side-scrolling gameplay an now Nintendo has announced the game will be coming this March 16th.

Nintendo didn't only reveal a release date but include numerous characters and boss fights iconic to the series such as Meta Knight and newcomers like Francisca the Frozen General.

In addition, Nintendo highlighted the positives of playing with friends as opposed to alone. Playing with friends allow Kirby to mix and match abilities for new attacks such as mixing water and ice to throw ice lances.

Kirby will have access to 2 new copy abilities. The Spider allows Kirby to trap enemies in a cocoon of silk and the Artist allows Kirby to bring painted creations to life.

Kirby Star Allies will launch on March 16th for Nintendo Switch.
