New Kojima Productions tease stirring up rumors

Early Friday Kojima Productions sent a message on Twitter. Within minutes the rumors started spreading of hope, that a Silent Hill related project was in the works.

You can read the comments to see how many ways people are seeing "hidden" messages in the tweet. Such as "silent" being the key work.
There's no indication that its a Silent Hill project. It could be a new update in Death Stranding or more information about the PC release.
Death Stranding is now available for PS4 and will launch for PC later this year.
