Marvel Games' Compares Spider-Man 2 to The Empire Strikes Back

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is one of Sony's most anticipated games and today we got more information about the title. With Marvel describing the title as "darker" than the previous games.

The previous Marvel's Spider-Man and Marvel's Spider-Man Miles Morales did have some dark moments but most were integrated with positive moments. In an interview with Eurogamer Bill Rosemann spoke about the game, stating "If the first Spider-Man game was Star Wars, Spider-Man 2 is kind of our Empire," Rosemann said. "It gets a little darker."

We know that Miles will team up with Peter to take down Venom, who is hinted to be Harry Osborn. Considering Insomniac Games does not pull punches and will kill off major characters anything can happen.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 launches in 2023 for PS5.
