New Leaked Image of Crackdown 3 Has Fans Baffled

A new Crackdown teaser has just been leaked, and now it’s up to the community to decrypt what exactly it is.

The image shows what appears to be a weapons with a large tube with a glowing substance attached to it. Some have speculate it’s a weapon and others some sort of vehicle. My guess it's some sort of plasma or electric based weapon. It could also be the frame of a new vehicle, perhaps a sports car or heavy terrian vehicle. What do you think it is?
