New Mass Effect: Andromeda Video Highlights New Alien Race
Jaal gets his own Mass Effect: Andromeda video

Mass Effect: Andromeda takes place in a different galaxy from the original games and BioWare has stated that the old cast won't be making a return and new races are expected. One race, the Kett, serve as the main antagonist and the Anagaran are serve as a new ally.
Jaal is shown to be a straight-forward ally whose emotions govern most of his actions. Jaal is part of the Anagaran Resistance, a group of combatants who are fighting against The Kett. For 80 years the Anagaran and Kett have fought and the Kett kidnap and enslave Jaal's race for slave labor.
The video highlights that Jaal does not trust outsiders since their encounter with the Kett. This has been part of the Mass Effect universe since the beginning, with humans joining the Citadel Council and the rest of the races hating humanity. But now everyone on the Tempest is considered an "Outsider", so the playing field is now leveled.
Mass Effect: Andromeda launches on March 21 for Xbox One, PS4, and Origin PC. Those with EA or Origin Access can start playing on March 16th.
