Nintendo New Filing Indicators a Possible SNES Controller for the Nintendo Switch

The Nintendo Switch eShop isn't the most ideal digital store for retro classics. Nintendo has the best retro games in gaming and it seems Nintendo is planning to bring those titles to their Nintendo Switch customers. With a recent filing showing off a wireless SNES controller.

A recent filing by Nintendo with the Federal Communications Commissions features the silhouette of an SNES controller. Much of the filing is confidential, apart from a picture of the back of the controller. The only information the filing reveals is Bluetooth support.

This has sparked hope that SNES games will release for the Switch. The Nintendo Switch has been a massive success and the SNES library of games is renowned by retro gamers for having some of the best video games of all time. This was likely to happen but with this filing, it could happen soon.
