Right now Sony and Microsoft are planning to release adavance models of the Xbox One and PS4. Nintendo's stated that their upcoming NX system will instead focus on interesting games, which has many worried on the system's power; especially considering that many third-parties dropped the Wii U due to system limitations.

“For us, it’s not about specs, it’s not about teraflops, it’s not about the horsepower of a particular system. For us, it’s about the content,” Nintendo of American president Reggie Fils-Aime told Bloomberg. “We’re focused on bringing our best entertainment to both the Wii U as well as the NX in the future. So for us, whatever Microsoft and Sony are doing in terms of talking about new systems, that’s for them to fight out in that red ocean.”

Giving that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has received overwhelming positive feedback from critics and consumers Reggie Fils-Aime's may be on to something. Pokken Tournament, a Wii U exclusive, went on to sell more copies than Street Fighter V in the US shows that great games are enough to sell consoles.

What do you think, does Reggie Fils-Aime's statement worry you about the NX's specs or will a strong library games overshadow this minor issue? Let us know in the comments below!
