Nioh 2 is Getting a Closed Alpha Starting Later this Week

Nioh was one of the biggest hits on the PlayStation 4. Created by Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja, the titled used action-adventure combined with intense sword combat for something truly amazing. With a sequel on the way, Team Ninja is looking to get testers to try the Alpha version of the game in 2 days.

A new trailer has been released prior to the Alpha going live this May 24th. The test will last until June 2nd and seems quite surprising. Considering how well the game sold and is one of the best games on the PS4, you would assume Sony would build up anticipation for the testing period. In addition, no information regarding the game has been shown but with E3 2019 on the horizon perhaps this is the perfect time to generate notoriety for the title.

Nioh 2 is in development for the PS4.
