The Ouya was a successful crowdfunding campaign, raising $3.7 million on Kickstarter in 2 days. When the console finally launched it was met with lukewarm reviews, with many criticizing the lack of games, poor quality of the controller, and massive connectivity issues.

Razer would purchase the rights to Ouya in 2015 after the system flopped. Now, the storefront will be officially closing this June 25th. Ending the Ouya's life.

Ouya,NoobFeed,

Ouya won't go alone, with MadCatz MOJO and The Forge TV also closing. The hardware will still function, allowing users access to any Android TV setup. Those with funds on their account are highly advised to use them before the services are shut down since they cannot be exchanged for cash.

With the services deactivated, users can no longer set up accounts, game on the server, purchase titles, or download previously owned titles. If you still use this device you must download any games before June 25th.
