Overkill’s The Walking Dead Still In Development for Consoles

Overkill’s The Walking Dead's launch was not pleasant, with the game underperforming to the point that Starbreeze Studios went through reconstructing. The console release of the game was supposed to happen this month but was pushed back to an unforeseen date with new rumors stating that the game was canceled after PS4 owners received refunds for their pre-orders. Publisher 505 Games decided to step into the light to confirm these rumors are not true.

We just wanted to clear the position on the OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead on console and confirm that the game has not been cancelled, purely postponed whilst development is on-going. We will share further news as soon as possible.

Explained on Twitter, 505 Games ensured fans that Overkill’s The Walking Dead will launch on PS4 and Xbox One but can't provide a date.
