Rainbow Is Magic Returns to Rainbow Six Siege

Ubisoft has released a trailer for the return of the Rainbow is Magic event (branded with an extra “Again”) to Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. The April Fools themed event will last until April 6th; however, the original 2019 release was extended due to popular demand, and such generosity could happen again. In Rainbow is Magic, players battle on a modified Presidential Plane, dubbed Air Cute One. The standard hostages is replaced with Mr. Bear and the announcer is changed to be more friendly and welcoming.

 

A reduced selection of operators can be used on the map. Attackers include Ash, Blackbeard, Montagne, Sledge, Thatcher, and Thermite. Defenders are Bandit, Castle, Frost, Kapkan, Smoke, and Tachanka. The majority of operatives are given special toy army man skins. However, Blackbeard, Montagne, Smoke, and Tachanka have special rainbow outfits. Special guns and charms can also be earned. Players can either roll for items via Alpha Packs or pay directly with R6 Credits.
