Reddit User Finds Rare Shiny Pokémon In Recent Sword and Shield DLC

The Pokémon, discovered by Reddit user Mr_502, is both shiny and has perfected stats. The user and others on the subreddit calculated the chances of finding it were a tiny 0.00098%.

     

Shiny Pokémon are very rare, differently coloured varients of common types.
According to the user, the Pokémon was found during the adventure, not a Dynamax battle.
There was speculation as to whether Oranguru could be found in both versions of the game, with one user confirming that it could, in fact, be found in both.

When asked whether they'd ever trade their incredible lucky find, the user had this to say:

"Absolutely not lol. I think this occasion is too lucky for me to part with."
