Return Of The Obra Dinn Releases Next Week

Papers, Please creator Lucas Pope has announced that his upcoming project, Return of the Obra Dinn is set to launch next week. A "first-person mystery adventure based on exploration and logical deduction", the title centers around the Obra Dinn, a ship that after failing to meet its rendezvous point, drifts into Falmouth's port years later "with damaged sails and no visible crew".

Players take control of an East India Company insurance investigator who must assess damages and figure out what happened on board. Luckily, they have a stopwatch that can manipulate time, to aid them in solving the mystery. Return of the Obra Dinn is set to release on PC and Mac next Thursday, on October 18th and will be priced at $19.99 or your regional equivalent.
