Rocket League Has Surpasses 40 Million Players Worldwide

PUBG may have taken 2017 by storm but Rocket League, which released in 2015, it still has a strong community of gamers. So strong that the game has surpassed 40 million players since it launched.

"Rocket League now has 40 MILLION players worldwide! Thank you to our ever-growing community for helping us start the new year with such a fantastic milestone."

This doesn't mean that 40 million gamers are playing Rocket League but that 40 million unique players have tried the game. Of course, Rocket League has grown since it released on PS4 and PC. The game was released on Xbox One and recently on Nintendo Switch in addition to Psyonix's constant new updates. All that remains is a mobile version.

Rocket League is now available for Xbox One, PS4, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
