Scalebound Delayed

The Xbox One exclusive RPG Scalebound has been delayed until 2017.

The game was originally slated for this year but was delayed for more development time.

“In order to deliver on our ambitious vision and ensure that Scalebound lives up to expectations, we will be launching the game in 2017. This will give us time needed to bring to life all the innovative features and thrilling gameplay experiences that we have planned.”

PlatinumGames has stated that development of the game is going well and they’re happy with what they’ve done so far.

Scalebound was first announced at E3 2015 as an Xbox One exclusive.  PlatinumGames has stated that they plan to release more information about the game later this year, perhaps at this year’s E3 we’ll gain access to a playable demo.
