Sonic, Harry Potter, Ghostbusters, Powerpuff Girls, Adventure Time and much more coming to LEGO Dimensions

LEGO Dimentions, the toys-to-life franchise from Warner Bros., is expanding their territory to some very popular franchises include Adventure Time, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Ghostbusters!

The new expansion packs will offer 30 brands and the game has been updated with local four-player, split-screen competitive Battle Arenas, and Story Packs.

The battle arenas will feature unique arenas with four different gameplay modes.

“The LEGO minifigures included in the wave 6-9 expansion packs will come with special, golden Toy Tags which unlock a Battle Arena within the Free Play Adventure World of the corresponding entertainment brand. Each Battle Arena has four different gameplay modes and comes with its own traps, special powers and interactive environments that make every battle arena unique.”

The first wave will launch on September 30th and feature Mission: Impossible, The A-Team, Harry Potter, Ghostbusters, Adventure Time, and Adventure Time Team Packs.

The next waves will launch between September and Summer 2017.
