Sony Celebrates International Women’s Day with a New PS4 Theme

Today is International Women's Day, celebrating all the contributions woman have made across all walks of life. Sony has joined the celebration, granting PlayStation 4 users to a new theme and a video that highlights numerous women throughout the video game industry.

The theme includes iconic women from Sony's exclusive franchises. This includes Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn, Chloe and Nadine from Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, Kara from the upcoming Detroit: Become Human, Ellie from The Last of Us series, and an adorable pink bear that is featured in the upcoming Dreams. The theme was illustrated by Media Molecule artist Maja-Lisa Kehlet.

The video highlights women from across Sony's various video game studios.
