SoulCalibur VI Trailer Highlights Geralt's Development

It was recently confirmed that the Witcher franchise star, Geralt of Rivia, would be joining SoulCalibur VI's roster. In the latest character introduction both Bandai Namco and CD Projekt RED talk about how they brought Geralt's deadly fighting style to SoulCalibur VI.

The video features developers of both studios explaining how they captured the fighting style of Geralt match SoulCalibur VI's gameplay. Head of animation Sebastian Kalemba explained that they even got the original motion capture actor to supervise the new animations to ensure that Geralt's movements were authentic. Everything from Geralt's voice, abilities, and personality have been developed to ensure a genuine representation.

SoulCalibur VI is now in development for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
