Special Splinter Cell Event Teased for Ghost Recon: Wildlands

While many are expecting a new Splinter Cell game Ubisoft unveiled something else, a crossover between Splinter Cell and Ghost Recon: Wildlands.

A teaser trailer was released showing someone who appears to be Sam Fisher but states his codename is Matchwood stating he's heading to Bolivia and will need some help from the Ghosts.

While a lot of speculation has been spreading of how the crossover will happen and if Sam Fisher is involved this has nevertheless received a positive reception of fans. Many who are hungry for Splinter Cell's return.

Ubisoft promises more information on April 10th, which is only 3 days away.

Ghost Recon: Wildlands is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
