Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 Hit Switch with Upgrades

They also promised an enhancement patch for the Switch 2. The collection will be released on October 2, and already, pictures of retail boxes, cartridges, and cover art have started to appear online, making gamers very excited.

Sources indicate that preliminary views of the packaging reveal something unexpected: new images of Mario on the inside cover art. Some fans have noticed that these pictures don’t match any of the ones that have been released before, which could mean that Nintendo created new assets for this special release. 

The design of the cartridge is also unique, featuring a diagonal split that prominently displays both titles. This gives the collection a strong, commemorative feel.
