Since its debut, the Super Seducer series has garnered a lot of mixed results, with the troublesome launch when its creator Richard La Ruina attacked critics, specially YouTubers, and getting banned for PlayStation 4's digital store. However, according to an official press release, it was confirmed that Super Seducer 2 has reached 125,000 units sold and a sequel is on the way.
The press release also noted La Ruina is trying to bring the game to Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch despite being banned from Sony's marketplace. It's also extremely unlikely that Nintendo would be willing to allow the game to be sold on the Nintendo eShop considering the company's strong values on family entertainment.
In addition, the press release stated that the Richard La Ruina, creator of Super Seducer, stated that his studio may work on a live-action horror FMV game similar to Dark Souls.
“We would like to try to make a live-action horror, spy, or Dark Souls-inspired FMV game,” said La Ruina. “We feel that our expertise in FMV games and creating compelling video are ideally suited to creating an interactive movie. We are currently talking to directors and screenwriters to find the perfect project to bring to life in 2019."
Super Seducer 2 is now available for PC.
