The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening Getting Remastered for the Nintendo Switch

Nintendo is bringing back a classic The Legend of Zelda game for both modern and retro audiences, The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening.

This title will remain true to the original but feature updated graphics for a more modern look. The core gameplay will remain the same but looks a lot like The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds.

The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening originally launched back in 1993 before coming to Gameboy Color as The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening DX in 1998. It's often overlooked since it released on the handheld system but widely considered one of the best in the franchise.
