Now, it seems according to a post on ResetERA that it could be coming to the Nintendo Switch.

The post has several images of a Nintendo Switch version. This would be an impressive feat considering that The Witcher 3 remains one of the best looking games this generation. It'll likely have to make certain sacrifices if the rumor happens to true as other games ported to the Nintendo Switch had lower resolution, frame rate, and performance. 

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is the final game in the Geralt of Rivia trilogy. Having the Witcher chasing after his daughter before the Wild Hunt can find her.
