Ubisoft Banning For Honor Cheaters for First Offense
For Honor cheaters will be banned for their first offense
News by Grayshadow on Feb 25, 2017
Ubisoft won't tolerate cheaters and in For Honor they will ban anyone caught on their first offense.
Like Blizzard Ubisoft will ban anyone caught cheating in For Honor and has done so for 400 players so far. Using EasyAntiCheat program, which detects player's cheating or using offensive communication, thereby violating the game's code of conduct will suffer a ban. 70 players have been banned for offensive conduct according to Ubisoft
"After being flagged by EasyAntiCheat, suspect accounts are reviewed by the dev team, which then hands out warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans against identified players. These bans are applied on an account level, not at the hardware level. Fairness is hugely important to the game’s creators, so bans are being handed out to first-time offenders. Players who believe they’ve been erroneously penalized can also appeal their bans."
Basically, don't cheat or violate the code of conduct and you have nothing to worry about.
For Honor is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
