If you are pouring long hours into gaming, then you should do these followings:

 

- Drink lots of water.

- Walk as much as you can.

- Stay clean.

- Keep your nails short.

- Do freehand exercises at least once a day.

- Eat fruits and less fast food.

- Slash cold water in your eyes few times a day.

- Keep your joysticks/keyboard clean.

- Avoid smoking/smokers accompany.

- Try to follow the above tips.
