Apparently Brett Favre has made up his mind

PTI was reporting that Brett Favre said he is not coming out of retirement to play for the Minnesota Vikings. We can't be 100% sure that Brett has made a decision, but if he does stick with this I think it's the right decision to finally hang it up.
