So I finally obtained STALKER: Call of Pripyat. And might I say, compared to the first game, it is AMAZING! The game runs smoother than Shadow of Chernobyl ever did, and from what little bits I played so far, it's wholly impressed me. Going to enjoy this one for a long time coming.
That being said, I remember why I didn't like running around in the night in the first place... *shudders*
Next up is Titan Quest: Immortal Throne. TQ was never a game I really looked into due to disinterest in soloing. But when I can play it with my two brothers, everything is just more fun. Of course, the "rubber banding" problem in the game can be a serious pain in the ass, and sometimes the buffs don't work or one of us gets position bugged (which involves a restart), but it's awesomely fun nonetheless, and a huge time-waster as well. Just getting halfway through Act I on Normal difficulty took us most of a day.
Anyways, I've finished Starcraft 2's storyline, and it was pretty swell. The mission were fun and very unique. Didn't play multiplayer much since I'm more for custom maps. Recently, I've gotten into the map editor, and though I am a newbie at it, I will learn. I'm planning to make my own custom singleplayer campaign. No base-building, and story-based, following a group of Ghost specialists who find themselves at war with the Terran Dominion and their own superiors leaving them for dead. I might make it tie into the main story somehow (because I love doing things like that).
But, first things first, I have to learn how to use the Map Editor. Tomorrow will be filled with lots of things to do.
