Cultic Guide | How to Find All Health Upgrades

In each of the nine primary levels of Cultic, a hidden skull known as the Imbued Remains can be found. Each one increases your maximum HP by 5, allowing a total of 145 if all are collected. 

This guide provides clear instructions on where to locate each upgrade, enabling you to reach your full potential. Proceed carefully, as this guide contains spoilers about hidden locations.

Level 1 | The Grave

At the road by the big bridge overhead, jump into the pond and search for the sewer pipe underwater. The Imbued Remains are located at the end of this pipe.

Level 2 | The Shipyard

At the docks beside the large ship, there is an upside-down rowboat. The hidden Skull is directly underneath.

Level 3 | The Mine-Town

About halfway through the level, once inside the town, head to the lunch hall and enter the basement. After defeating the Brute, turn around to find a destructible wall. Blow it open to uncover the Skull.

Level 4 | The Mines

Roughly midway through the level, you will drop into an underground lake. Search inside the sunken mine cart to find the Skull.

Level 5 | The Crypts

In the large sunken room filled with Zombies, look along the right side of the area. The Skull rests in a small hole in the wall.

Level 6 | The Chapel

The Imbued Remains are kept in a small nook on the right side of the chapel's basement. They are challenging to miss. However, be cautious—if you leave the basement without collecting the upgrade, the door will lock behind you, and you will lose access permanently.

Level 7 | The Asylum Grounds

Progress through the level until reaching the asylum roof. After passing the tower, turn around and look for a small platform. The Skull is located just around the corner.

Level 8 | The Asylum

Continue until the second time you enter the crawl space within the walls. Climb up to where two Axe Cultists ambush you in the small kitchen. From there, jump up two more platforms to reach the Imbued Remains.

Level 9 | The Excavation Site

Deep within the level, you will encounter a giant temple. Enter the temple and descend the large spiral staircase to a crosswalk area. Turn left and go into the library. The Skull can be found on the opposite side of the circular bookcase.
