Destroy All Humans! 2020 - How to Earn Brains Quickly

Destroy All Humans! 2020 has plenty of humans for Crypto to slaughter and brains to extract. However, you want to play smarter not harder when collecting these bio-items of pure DNA. Here's how to earn experience easily.

You'll need to complete the opening level "Destination Earth" and I would recommend you complete the second and third level as well. These are quick stages so it'll take around 20 minutes before you can perform this method.

First upgrade Crypto's Brain Extraction and Zap-O-Matic. This will allow Crypto's brain extractor to spread to all non-infected humans when killed and the Zap-O-Matic to chain its shock to other enemies.

Head back into the Turnipseed Farm and towards the wheat field. It's by the silo on the opposite end of the farm where the first mission took place. If lost just look for the Rampage Challenge icon, it's the picture of Crypto's head on fire.

Now use the brain extraction to infect humans by tapping the X or square button quickly. Any human not infected with this will get infected when that infected human is killed. You should do this in a pool of humans but more won't appear till halfway. The key here is to use the extraction to infect any many humans then zap them to maximize brain yields. You can net around 1-2K worth of DNA with this method in just 2 minutes, plus after the challenge, you'll get an additional 200 DNA. Just keep doing this and eventually, you'll have enough DNA to get everything immediately after they unlock.
