I Really Do Have a Sleeping Disorder

Damn you Paris, Nicole and all you models. I have joined your league of people with disorders. No, not a eating disorder. A sleeping disorder. It is currently 12:10 and i have to get up at like 7 tomorrow. I hate early mornings. Oh well. Now that I have your attention i mind as well tell you what i have been up to lately.

 

This weekend was a bit odd for me. I have had a very draining weekend. It started Thursday. I got a 4 day weekend though. Anyway. Thursday was a day off school for anyone who is not a grade DANGLES!!, oh sorry, i am watching my Oilers played and Ganger just got a sick ass goal. Anyway if you are not a grade 10 you got thursday off because it is the grade 10 Literacy Test, a nationwide test you must pass to get your high school education completed.

 

Then came Friday. Friday was one of the most draining days I have had in a while. I had a hockey tournament. We played 3 games on Friday. That was the stupidest schedule I have seen in my life. Usualy you would play 2 games in a day. No! The organization of the tournament has been terrible from the begining. I shall explain. This tournament is our home tourny. Our assoiation hosts a REP tourney every year and it is this one. We have all new organizers this year though. First the one lady who is running the whole thing lost the information of another team, so she took a differant team in. Fine. well a week later she found the information. So instead of keeping that other team out, she took the team of the info she lost and let them in, AND KICKED US OUT. So we were out of our own tournament. About a week later she let us back in but said we would have to play an extra game to make it even for the other team because they needed to play an extra game. Ok fine, except they decided that the game wouldn't count for us. So if we won and got the points we wouldn't actually get them.

 

Ok where was I. Oh yes. So we played our games on friday and the first one was tied uo until 14 seconds left and they scored and won the game. Fine, they were a first place team and we were expecting to get SCORESSSS!!! oh sorry Edmonton just scored again making it 4-2. We were expecting to get our ass handed to us on a silver platter. The next game was the game that didn't count for us. We lost, itt was 2-1. Close game.

 

Then came last night. Oh what a night. The game was close and we lost 4-3, shame. But then came after. As we were going into our dressing room their team was outside their's down the hall waiting for us. We chirped eachother back and forth. Then they said we called there goalie the N word, he was black. Which we did not. One of my friends took a stick and jokingly threw it down the hallway. It didn't even come close to them. Well then they took the stick. They wanted our player to go into their dressing room and apologize. Well we wouldn't. So they went and complained to the tournament office. Long story short, they suspended my friend.

 

Then comes today. This morning I got up around 10 and organized to go to the movies with my friends. We went to go see Fast & Furious. It was AMAZING. One of the most thrilling and bad-ass movies i have seen in a while. I loved it. There was so much there to love. For anyone who follows the series it takes place between 2 Fast 2 Furious and Tokyo Drift. That is all i'm saying. I might write a review for it later.

 

We had another game tonight and got blown out, I got in a fight, and a game ejection with 2 minutes left. That made for an interesting car ride. Anyway i'm getting tired, the Oilers game is almost over, when it is I'm going to bed. Sorry about how long this blog is.
