Dark Void, originally expected to be released September of 2009 has been delayed for release in March of 2010, Capcom announced. The reason? "To avoid competition with releases of major titles of other companies", says Capcom.
Near 50 million for Wii Sports
An earnings statement released by Nintendo showed four of their products reach the 1 million units sold milestone. Wii Sports sold 1.91 million units during April and July, brining up its grand total to a whopping 47.62 millions units sold.
Sony's PS3 prodution costs dropping
SEO of Sony, Nobuyuki Oneda said during a conference call production costs for the PlayStation 3 has dropped by roughly 70 percent since its launch. Although Sony doesn't reveal the exact PS3 production cost. Estimates put the current production cost for one unit around $240, down from the original $800.
With the aid of a leaked OEM DVD ISO from Lenovo, Windows 7 has been cracked. The leaked ISO was posted on a Chinese forum, allowing hackers to retrieve the OEM-SLP and certificate for Windows 7 Ultimate.
8.6 Million US sales for World of Warcraft
Since its launch in 2004 World of Warcraft and its two expansion packs have sold over 8.6 million units in the US alone.
Acer Predator gaming desktop updated
Acer has revealed updates for its gaming desktop known as the Predator. The system will still have the same orange look but with some increased performance under the hood.
That updated system will use a Intel Core i7 950 (3.06GHz), 6 GB of DDR3 RAM and a pair of Nvidia GeForce GTS 250 graphics cards. Expected cost comes around $2,700.
