ITORAH How to Defeat Chantico

Chantico is here to fight and this battle is all about patience and striking when available. Here's how to beat this guardian.

As with the other guardians, each phase will increase the rate of attacks but Chantico will add another layer to each one. The first phase is basic but Chantico will show off all the attacks in the fight. The fight is an ax toss, the second is a melee strike that covers half the stage, and finally a ground pound. The ground pound and ax melee strike can be easily countered with your own ground pound and if you have enough stamina repeatedly attack for heavy damage. The final attack is a dash that can require you to dash mid-air and use your new ax technique but nothing major.

As the battle continues Chantico will become more aggressive, sending flames during the ground pound and attacking quicker. The key is to remain in the air as Chantico doesn't have much to counter this outside from the ax throw, but you can avoid this easily with a dash.
