Let's Predict - Batman Season 2 Episode 2: The Pact

The start of season 2 of Batman The Telltale Series revealed new players yearning for control of Gotham. Old characters thought to be dead have returned to challenge Batman and with the first episode leaving us with a lot of questions we might as well predict what will happen next. Here are our predictions for Batman Season 2 Episode 2: The Pact.

Bane, Mr. Freeze, and Harley Quinn Join the Battle

In the summary of Episode 2: The Pact we see 3 figures blurred out. Each one resembles Bane, Mr. Freeze, and Harley Quinn. In the first season, John Doe aided Bruce in his escape and provide information regarding Lady Arkham. It’s likely that these friends John wants Bruce to meet are part of his new criminal syndicate, the same one Riddler mentioned during the end of the episode. This theory is further supported during the final moments of episode 1 when Amanda Waller makes reference to Harley and her falling out with Nigma.

A Father’s Legacy

One of the biggest revelations in season 1 of Telltale’s Batman series was that Thomas Wayne was part of the Falcone crime family. Using his status as an MD he would commit opponents to Arkham Asylum. It’s likely that John Doe wants Bruce to start when his father left off. To regain control of Gotham using the same means his father did.

Agent Batman

If you watched Smallville, Batman Beyond or Suicide Squad you probably have an idea what type of person Amanda Waller is. Judging from his actions in season 1 we can expect her to be just as ruthless as her other renditions. She knows who Batman is and it’s clear she’ll use it to her advantage. Blackmailing Bruce to work as one of her Agents.
