Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption - How to Defeat Faiz Tilus

Sinner: Sacrifice for Redemption is full of deadly bosses that players can take on in whatever order they choose. Each one is an option and since Adam gets weaker with each boss it's best to choose the ones easiest for you last.

We recommend choosing Faiz Tilus as your first boss since his fight can become much harder if picked for last. Here's how to defeat the greedy doctor.

Faiz Tilus has several major attacks. He can swing his scythe which can be dodged or parried, slugs that cannot be killed but will die eventually, eyeballs that track the player but easy to avoid, and an aoe fire attack. Most importantly, Tilus is spread poison around the arena when attacked, avoid this at all cost before your meter fills. If it does the battle is over.

The best weapon to use here is Adam's longsword since it does heavy damage and Tilus focuses on magical attacks. When attacked Tilus will leave behind a pool of poison and when enough damage is done, summon a feather storm and teleport away before appearing again. Attack him using your heavy sword while avoiding the poison. You can use the javelin to interrupt his attacks or fire-based attacks to cause extra damage since Tilus is weak to fire.

At the halfway point Tilus will run to the center of the stage and summon a hex around the stage. Head to the outside of the stage, pass the pools of water to avoid this. Tilus will summon slugs but these can be easily avoided by dodging. When Tilus uses his fire attack walk behind one of the pillars, using your shield will do nothing.

Tilus will continue the same pattern when he teleports down. After having a 1/3 of his health remaining he'll teleport to the center and summon adds. These are weak and don't attack, but must be killed. Destroy the adds and focus on Tilus, who'll now attack faster. Tilus won't change his attack pattern now, keep up the assault to take the greedy doctor down.
