Taxi kills with intent

On the morning of the 23rd of February 2009 around 7.00am a girl was hit by a taxi whilst driving to school.  She was killed instantly.  She was hit with intent to move her out of the way of the taxi.

Bernadine Kruger died on the scene after the taxi hit her scooter and then drove over her on Monday morning.
