The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope has a variety of endings but to get the worst ending you'll need to make some specific choices. Here's how to make sure no one survives.

1. Grab the Gun from the Chapter Off Track

When Andrew and John, sometimes Angela, get scared off the road and head down a path you'll come across an old shack. Head inside and in the second room beneath the floorboards is a gun. Get it and don't use any bullets.

2. Make Sure Everyone Faces Their Demons

Use our guide to make sure you "Save" everyone. Be "Heroic" and "Reassuring" throughout so everyone faces their demons. Make sure everyone survives until the final house scene as well.

3. Condemn Mary

In the final scene make sure to blame Mary for everything. This will get her killed and in turn, get everyone killed by their demons. 

Follow these steps and Vince will forgive Andrew, making note it wasn't his fault what happened. However, with Andrew unable to move on he'll use the gun to commit suicide.
