The Surge: A Walk in the Park - How to Defeat the Final Boss

You've made it to the end of The Surge's DLC A Walk in the Park. All that lies between you and victory is an angry cat robot. It doesn't sound dangerous but don't let its appearance fool you, this thing is deadly. 

The battle starts with the Cat hurling massive amounts of junk at you. Sidestep to avoid damage and wait for it to charge you. Once it does you'll have a small opening to attack, once done immediately dash away and repeat the process. Don't get cocky and attempt to attack while it's gathering junk or you'll end up mincemeat.

Once dead it'll transform to its second form, a giant brute with an extending arm and shielding. This form relies heavily on melee attacks instead of long-range like the previous form.

When it sweeps the floor with its arm sidestep to get to the back and get in close for a few hits before dashing away. When it summons its shield simply avoid the Cat until it disappears. When its health reaches critical it'll start to leap, breath scarps of metal, and hurl daggers at you. Like before sidestep to avoid being damaged

Take your time and don't give into temptation, this fight is all about patience.
