The Vanishing of Ethan Carter - How To Complete The Unfinished Story

First head towards the television panels that start the Spaceman case. Once there make a 180 and head up the hill. On top of a rock in the middle of the hill, you'll see a pinecone. Pick it up and it'll turn into a grenade. 

Now head to the bridge that leads into town and throw the grenade off the of the third viewing deck heading. Once thrown it'll explode.

Your next destination is the dam, it's where you solved the case about Ethan's father. Head into the dam where Ethan was speaking to his brother. In the opposite end of the room from where you entered is another door. Head to it and go outside, cross the stone bump and you'll see a diver with a rifle. Collect the rifle to get the achievement.
