What Is Going On!?

I stop by the shop to get a drink on the way to work. I come out and see this old man clearly put a big scratch down my car. I didn't know how to react so I obviously accused him and demanded he emptied his pocket. He claimed he only had mints in there, but I knew there were keys. GRRRR! What sort of mental patient would do that!? I wanted to hit him, but then it's basically me beating up an old man in the street.

In hindsight I should have done something, as now I have a damaged car - perhaps marched him back to his home, or something, but I was going to be late and had to dash. Wow, you have to idea how angry I am right now. What is wrong with some people in this world!? I don't even live in this area so nobody would have had any motive, and some IDIOT decides to ruin somebodies day for no apparent reason.
