The Tallneck's in Horizon Forbidden West are more prone to issues, requiring Aloy to not only find new ways to get on top of them but also fix them. This Tallneck is underwater and requires new parts, here's where to get them.
The first part is high up, knock down the crate, and using the Shieldwing, leap the ladder across the pool. Follow the path to the first pile and head south to the next pile. Destroy the machine and grab the next part.
The final part is on top of a broken building. Head to the eastern part of the building and inside you'll find a grapple point. Grab the final part on the second floor of the building.
Repair the Tallneck using the parts and dash to the last building on the left, right side of the Tallneck. If you're quick enough you'll be able to climb the Tallneck without having to wait for it to come around.
