Ubisoft's Splinter Cell has been surrounded by rumors of a new game in-development. Recently, the Italian voice actor for Sam Fisher, Luca Ward, posted a new photo of what appears to be Sam Fisher.

Former Ubisoft Jade Raymond, who is being honored at the 2019 NY Game Awards, has stated that a new design for the series was in the works before leaving in 2014 and Sam Fisher has appeared in other games such as Ghost Recon Wildlands.
