Apple confirmed its own game service coming later this year. During the Apple Keynote live at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino, California, Apple unveiled a new subscription-based model for gaming across iOS, Mac, and Apple TV called Apple Arcade.

The platform will provide over 100 games that will be playable on iOS devices online or offline. Players can switch between devices with their progress tracked across all devices. Apple says it will offer some exclusives games from creators like Hironobu Sakaguchi, Ken Wong, and Will Wright. Apple also released a preview trailer showing off Apple Arcade which included many different titles.
No price was available but it'll be interesting to see how Apple Arcade will compete not only with the current competition but Google's Stadia.
