BioWare Thinking 2 Games Ahead for the Dragon Age Series

With BioWare focusing all their attention on their new IP, Anthem, many wonder about older franchises created by the company. Since the Mass Effect franchises have been put on hiatus following the messy release of Andromeda many wonders if Dragon Age is suffering the same fate.

Speaking to a fan on Twitter Dragon Age Creative Director Mike Laidlaw stated that there are no plans to end the franchise and the company is looking towards the future of the franchise. Seeing that Inquisition left players with a massive cliffhanger this is good news. Hopefully, we'll learn more about the next Dragon Age age soon.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is now available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Anthem is set to release next year, so we shouldn't expect a new Dragon Age until around 2019.
