Dying Light Gets a New Mode

Bored with Dying Light? Well Techland has announced a new difficultly coming to Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition that will make the game a living nightmare.

Called Nightmare Mode this new mode will restrict the Easter Egg weapons, introduce XP penalties for dying and increases the damage inflicted by enemies. Playing in cooperative mode will increase how much XP is earned but lower the chance of gold tier weapon drops.

“We’ve trying to bring the Dying Light experience close and closer to the feeling of a real apocalypse survival experience where every move you make can really determine if you live or die.”

Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition will launch on February 9 for PS4, PC and Xbox One. Players who already have the base game can purchase The Following as DLC.
