Konami and Liverpool F.C. Announce Exclusive Agreement for PES 2017

Konami confirmed today that they've partnered with Liverpool F.C. and will offer a reproduction of the Liverpool F.C. squad for PES 2017 and all related mobile games.

In the official press release, Billy Hogan, Chief Commercial Officer, Liverpool FC, said: "We are delighted to be partnering with KONAMI, whose attention to detail will make sure that Liverpool FC is well represented and will help us to continue to engage with our fans in new and exciting ways. Konami’s ability to produce realistic football games that feature players that both look and move like their real-life counterparts is amazing. We cannot wait for our fans to see the Reds line up in the new game in all their glory.”

As an "Official Partner of Liverpool P.C." Konami has stated that club will be reproduced for not only PES 2017 but all future PES games.

A free update will feature Anfield after the game's release. The update will include Liverpool's 'You'll Never Walk Alone' anthem during in-game chants and pre-match build up, the team's 'Gegenpressing' playing style.

PES 2017 will release on September 15th for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.
