Noara: The Conspiracy, Atypique Studio's turn-based strategy game, is now free-to-play on Steam. The studio has published a new cinematic trailer to celebrate the occasion. "Pay-to-win" has been ruled out by the studio, as well.
Because of the fierce competition in the strategy-gaming business, Atypique Studio made sure their game met the expectations of its target audience. According to Jérémy Filali, creator of the company, "Many players told us they wanted to see the game become free-to-play, which merely reaffirmed our decision to take it in this direction".
Noara: The Conspiracy is receiving a considerable upgrade to coincide with the event, enhancing the gameplay and adding more variety. There's also a new in-game shop with a wide variety of cosmetics for players to personalize their characters and new opportunities to explore the magical world.
Before the move to free-to-play, all players who bought Noara: The Conspiracy received the following bonuses:
- An exclusive King Akuyandi skin
- An exclusive in-game portrait
- 3500 Sarme coins, the currency used in the in-game store
A new gameplay concept is known as "boosters" has been added to the game in version 2.0. A new booster is selected at random for each game. Players may now enjoy more fluid gameplay thanks to changes to the game's tempo.
Recently, Noara: The Conspiracy has seen a slew of content upgrades that include new features like custom games and a 1v1 mode, as well as tweaks to the matching system and a new ranking system as well as support for many languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and Russian.
Players may respond to their opponent's activities in real-time during the defensive round in Noara: The Conspiracy, a turn-based strategy game (or MOCA – Multiplayer Online Chess Arena). Even after its early-access release, the game has continued to develop, making it more competitive and attractive to a broad range of players.
Atypique Studio has high hopes for Noara: The Conspiracy's future and the company will continue to work on the game while maintaining strong ties with its enthusiastic fan base.
