Overwatch Update Introduces Torbjörn Reworked, Now Available in PTR

Today, director of Overwatch Jeff Kaplan explained new changes coming to the popular competitive shooter with Torbjörn getting a massive change now available in PTR.

Torbjörn would get armor packs and scrap has been removed. Overload is replacing the armor ability that increases Torbjörn firing speed and movement. Molten Core won't be his ultimate anymore, but the name will remain. Instead, his claw can shoot out pools of magma 10 times. The turret will only have level 2 that builds quickly and can be tossed instead of placed. Kaplan explained that Torbjörn's rivet gun will also be altered in the future but everything is subject to change.

Kaplan explained that new changes are coming for Phrah, Orisa, Soldier 76, and McCree. More options are being introduced for colorblind gamers.

The return of Halloween Terror returning with new skins and the ability to obtain previously owned skins. Junkerstein's monster will get a bride but Kaplan didn't say who. Junkerstein's Revenge will return with new changes. Speaking of changes Kaplan explained that balance changes are coming but they're focusing on quality of life changes.

Overwatch is now available for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
