Resident Evil Project Resistance’s First Trailer Shows the Return of Cooperative Resident Evil
Resident Evil getting a cooperative experience

It was leaked that Resident Evil Project Resistance would feature cooperative gameplay and now Capcom has confirmed this ahead of TSG 2019. With a new trailer showing survivors attempting to persevere again Umbrella's BOWs.

The trailer features no gameplay and shows 4 people taking down infected using melee weapons and guns. We also see a figure who seems to have ties to Umbrella. He's shown at a terminal accessing information about the infected. We also see a screen in the background that shows the 4 survivors faces on monitors before changing his mechanical hands. The trailer closes with the survivors able to fight T-00.
My guess, this Resident Evil is set during Raccoon City and these individuals are likely immune to the infection. Most likely Umbrella is trying to capture them for testing but then again the T-00 is known for killing their targets, not capturing them alive.
Capcom promises more information will be provided at TSG 2019.
