Sega announced today that Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric, developed by Big Red Button, for the Wii U and Sanzaru Game's Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal for the Nintendo 3DS will be shown at E3 this year. Both games will feature Sonic and friends, and the newest member Sticks, as they face a new, powerful adversary - the tech expert snake Lyric who desires world conquest.
Sega stated that both titles are "crafted to take full advantage of the unique gameplay mechanics of their respective consoles. Each version is a new chapter in the Sonic Boom universe and will each have their own unique immersive storylines."
